Okay, I'll chime in. I have to go with what Indyfarmer said. It expresses exactly how I feel. Click here to read it. I know that it can be disconcerting to some when the balance of posts leans heavier to the off-topic side - especially to those who are newer to the forum and more interested in "tractor talk". But we are a community, not just a question and answer board. And I think it is totally appropriate to be discussing this right now. I like the way you are handling it, like a group of friends trying to decide what is best for all. I say just try to keep the balance leaning towards the tractor related stuff.. but don't worry about going off-topic. As long as it doesn't dominate. And if you see it dominating, don't be shy about giving everyone a gentle reminder and starting up a tractor-related thread. And may I take this opportunity to say that you all are a wonderful group of people. Kim

Third Brush Generators - by Chris Pratt. While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics.
