A lot of the so-called high speed dial-up services are based on a data compression method. Your ISP compresses the data from the internet to your computer and a program on your computer decompresses it. It seems faster because you have an apparent increase in data transfer even though the max dial-up rate remains at 56k. You might want to check that your computer is properly configured for the internet since wrong settings can slow downloading. Adware, spyware and auto updating can also slow downloading webpages. The only way to really tell if this is a good deal for you is to try it for a month and see what happens. And this relates to tractors since you want to get tractor information quicker, a admirable goal.
