Old Allis- Chalmers tractor

We have just purchased and old farm house belonging to my father in law. In the huge barn I found a tractor. Allis-charlmers. He is 91 but thinks it is a 1944? The tractor has harrows, snow plow, scycle bar, and tillers for attachments. In decent shape but I am sure it need work. Crank model and one tire is bad. Have no idea what something like this is worth. Lots of people are interested Found a number under the seat AM2787-19 and NK Would appreciate any help someone might have. We are in New Hampshire.
