I would mix up something to run for a few minutes like use about 2 quarts of kerosene with 2 or 3 quarts of 10 weight oil. in order to clean out around the rings in case the rust has stuck them and also to get all drops of moisture out of upper part of engine. Some of the others may have a better idea. Good luck and hoping you don't have any problems with it.
