Hi Chaz, Well, that serial number indicates a B with that prefix. At least you know it has a B transmission. Take a look at the steering arm that attaches directly to the steering gearbox. If it points up, you likely have a C with a B transmission - a possibility since many parts are interchangeable between the two models. If that arm points down, then you probably have a B and whoever sold it to you was wrong. Take a look at some of the pictures on this site. There should be lots of Bs and Cs in the Allis section of the "tractor photos" area. The link is at the left on this page. Rod
