I have to put my 2 cents worth in. My wife has been involved with United Way for over 20 years, as a volunteer, in various locations where we have lived, from Minnesota to Michigan. Yes you are going to have bad apples, but overall I think it is an excellent organization. She and I are also involved the the American Cancer Society. She being a breast cancer survivor for nearly 6 years now. Again, you will have bad apples, but again, I believe it to be a good organization. Hell, think about it, we frequently have those same bad apples on these forums. Right? My 2 cents. Loren
