Reardon's in Lancaster has a good reputation, but I haven't used them myself in many years though. I have used the machine shop at the NAPA in Columbia for a couple of Kohler 12 horse engines I've rebuilt and have been satisfied. I know they do larger engines too. You may want to call the service manager at Deer Creek equipment, just over the line in Whiteford MD, they may be able to reccomend a good local one on the York Co side. Leaman's tractor parts near Willow Street may be able to suggest one in Southern Lancaster County too. Good Luck, and post back with who you use and whether you are happy with them. Always good info to put back for later reference.
