I just posted a pic of a harrow that I made in the implement photo section. You can see how it works; thats the garden I used it on last fall. I think I have less than $25 in new lumber and hardware. I made it from leftovers of other projects, but even new it would'nt be over $60-70. I want to eventually make a 3Pt. hitch for it, just looking for some scrap metal.
