Unlevel front bucket

My Front Bucket on my Tractor is not level. I thought it might be the Cylinder on one side so I replaced it. Still not level. I took the tractor in to have the Hydralics checked out- they found no problems. I now assume the Lift arms are Bent. Is there something I am missing on this? If it is the Lift Arms how do I bend it back?
