if everything is tight and pins equally worn, you probably hav a twisted loader frame. if the difference is up to about 1 inch, a 'temporary' solution is to fiddle with rear tires pressures (add air to the to the low side and remove pressure on the high side until the bucket is level. try to stay within alowed pressures.
