Chrysler Industrial flathead six

I thought I had access to some old Motors manuals, but they are not where they were, so I'm counting on you people to have the answer, since you usually do. I have a Chrysler Industrial flat head six in an old Scoopmobile loader, and it's not running right. I know it is a fuel problem, and checked the fuel pump pressure. It is 1 1/2 PSI. How much is it supposed to be? I would have guessed somewhere around four pounds. Thanks in advance for information. Paul
