torbocharged engines are different from na engines in more ways then one: the pistons and rods are different, so are the injectors and fuel pump. even the cyl. head is different.
you probably can 'just add on' a turbocharger (very expasive though), but you won't get the power and rliebility of a 'turbo built' engine.
