Reese makes a pintle hitch that uses interchangeable balls of 1-7/8, 2 & 2-5/16 inches.
You have both types of hitch in one. I think the rating of the smallest pintle hitch is 16,000 lbs.
Check Northern Tool or a good auto supply.
