I think that a Massey-Ferguson 135 or 235 woul probably do you good. Probably won't leave anything for implements though. What you want is a small utility size tractor with power steering live hydraulics and live PTO. Problem with this is that everyone wants a small utility with these features so good ones demand a good price. You might be better served pricewise by a larger machine, because a lot of hobbyists and homeowners don't have the room to operate them or are scared of the cost of operation.
