No disrespect meant to anyone although that is the way this will sound, but from some of the questions I read, I really wonder about some people. I just kinda think its city people who have no place whatsoever being in the country. This is one of my pet peaves, city people coming out and filling up the country. Hey folks, pretty soon the country ain't gonna be the country anymore.
They come out here and expect us that have lived here all our lives to bow down and change to suit them, sorry folks your moving into our world, its up to you to change or move yourself back to the city where ya came from, I'll help ya pack!!! All the illiegal aliens ain't helping much either.
I run onto this alot in moving hay equipment n the road, well anything really. It tickles me to death to back traffic up and slow these jerks down. I can only go so fast and can't pull over every five minutes to let someone around, I would never get where I'm going. And yes, raising the speed limit was a mistake on the smaller between town highways!!!! Interstates are a different story, I can see that but not on short runs between towns.
I don't blame it all on the city people either, gotta give them a little credit for wanting to get out of the city too. Alot of it is younger people who have never been taught to work, selling off farms to make a bunch of money in a hurry. People had better wake up and smell the coffee brewing, its going to be kinda hard to plant crops in concrete and run combines in and out of housing developements that are the cancer to the country way of life Kids, now thats another story, kids these days ain't worth a crap, hardly any of them know how to do anything as far as work goes, at least thats been my observation. Take the dang playstation away and make em work. If they get out of line bust there butts, spare the rod and spoil the child is a true statement!!!! All I see around here are spoiled kids, mom and dad buy em a new car or truck cause they are so stupid they can't even change a flat tire. Get em a old car and let em fix it up and learn!!!
It ain't gonna kill em to get their hands greasy! It ain't gonna kill em to break a sweat either. Poor little babies, ahhhh.
I'm sorry guys and gals this is just one of those subjects that gets me going and I feel I'm pretty much right on the money. I know there are some kids out there that do work and I'm not saying this is a total problem, although you really don't see many around here that will work. I know I got off topic some, or maybe I didn't? It don't matter how technologicly advanced we get, we are still going to dig holes with shovels and the food we eat is still going to be grown, whether it be by seed or animals. Its a shame that so many have no clue where their food comes from. I think its time the country has a wake up call myself and the American Farmer gets a big THANK YOU and the respect he deserves!!!
