How do you keep fence wild hogs out?

I have a ranch in Central Texas with wild hog problems. They root up the coastal bermuda pastures so bad you can't drive across them, much less cut hay or anything else. I wonder if a 2 foot high net fence along the barb wire would keep them out? Or how about an electric fence down low, say 10 or 12 inches from the ground? Anyone have any experience that works?
