Same problem here in South Texas the best thing we found was to use the Electric fence. But just around the immediate area of the house. Our Coastal fields in South Texas looked like a Military test site for missiles. So we did as much as we could to discourage it, Electric fence, dogs and Shooting. Remember you can shoot pigs in Texas any time night or day all year round. And they are pretty tasty too! :) Dogs were a big help also. Well, there are lots of people that will come out to your place and help with the problem they do not charge for this I find they are very responsible and successful at cutting the population down. We had a guy early in the game remove about a hundred or so and since then we have been able to keep the population controlled. Send me an email I can point you in the right direction on finding help if you are interested. Good luck Dave
