KURT: Your neighbor is probably trying to be helpful and at the same time, in his own mind, protect the value of his property by "improving" yours. Busybodies like that are a pain. Trust me, he will be a busybody who will push whenever and wherever he feels it necessary as long as he lives next to you. Does he have a sense of humor? If so, maybe you can kid around with him. If not, who wants to be friends with someone who has no sense of humor?
