Well, thinking back, I have 3 '60s blues and am always doing someting to one of them. I forget sometimes what I did to what. I think I was changing out the return hose ( because of weather cracking and didn't have the 5/16 but did have a 1/4. In the process of adapting that, I think I put in a 1/4 hosebarb adapter with too small a hole in it. In retrospect, examination revealed what I just said. Didn't notice just how small that hole was till reexamination. My green 4020 started spitting parts in the return line and when it did it got an overhaul. Forget now how I finally decided the pump was my problem, i.e. what was I doing inspecting the return line. But got it fixed over the www also (place in the carolinas) and they did an excellent job, fast and all for a reasonable price. Thanks for the tip Mark

I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
