You have two choices, one's easy one's not so easy. The easy one is to go find an other job , solves the problem until you find your self in the same situation again but only some where else. Choice two, go to the boss and tell him you want to have a meeting with him first thing in the A.m. before work starts, Then lay it all out to him and listen to what he has to say, maybe there is something your not seeing and which he does or he might just be a jerk with chip on his shoulder. leave your self enough time to talk before work starts. If in say half an hour you can't find happy ground, then tell him your giving your notice. SAy to him you tried your best to resolve the situation and could not and that you will be seeking employment in an other shop were communication is just as valuable a skill as wrenching. Plus you will feel better inside that you tried to change things. And you will have no regrets because its harder to look back with regret than with satisfaction. :-)
