i'm not sure what to think on this all, but maybe my friends on YT may shed some light on this. today i noticed a help wanted sign in the window at work(i am a mechanic at a case ih dealership). although that may say little to most, i will try to explain the story some. i graduated from tech school last year for tractor mechanics and got hired on that this shop which was an hour from ma and pa's place, so i had to move to this town for work. i grew up on other brands of equipment but i knew i could handle red, but from day one the boss there acted odd around me....you just never felt comfortable. so anyway, i feel as though work was going good thru-out the year but different times the boss would say i wasnt doing a "good enough job" but the shop foreman and other co-workers have no complaints. granted i am new to this industry, i will take "some" more time....anywho, a week ago he said he wants a talk and about all he knew was that i wasnt doing a good enough job for him again and to either pay for my extra time after flat rate or to quit. talk about trying to hang someone!!!! anyway, he said we'll talk again on it, which he never did and today there is a help wanted sign in the window. co-workers said its for the shop.....i am assuming its for my head, since we are plum full of workers....i dunno what to think, you try your best and the guy busts your butt over his bottom line....i dunno, mostly wanna vent, but comments are welcome. my days are probably ending at this shop soon......

Now my grandfather had had this mule since the mid 40's and he was getting some age on him. S
