Had HORRIBLE experience with Lennox--both oil burner and LPG. They don't stand behind their products. Had a Lennox oil burner and after about 6 years the heat exchanger went. Replaced it with LPG. Six years later, same thing. Mine was one of 11 furnaces from one dealer (sequential serial numbers) that developed cracks in the heat exchanger. They offered to cover 50% of the cost of the exchanger, not even shipping, not to mention labor. One furnace I could understand, but 11? That was a quality control problem, plain and simple. I junked the Lennox and put in a Trane. That was 15 years ago and not a single problem.
