A couple years ago at a local big show on a private grounds, the organizers crated a "trolley" type deal to pull with a tractor back and fourth all day bringing in people from the parking lot. With the older folk and those of us who have a hard time getting around for one reason or another, it was a very popular thing. After being government inspected prior to the show, it was determined that it did not have the legal size railing or steps that fit the code. It was too late to fix it so it was not legally allowed to be used ...resulting in NO TRANSPORTATION for any people hard up on getting around. See how much our government "helped" the handicap that weekend. One kind gesture of a club and regulation had to spoil it.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
