I guess we are lucky. Our local goverment is very good with us (at least now). We pay them a fair amount for police, but not what you are. The township has a large gathering permit fee we must pay, but it is not out of line. We own our own grounds and do our own security checks, but the local constable or county officer comes out and drives through a couple times a day. They even help us with traffic if it gets to backed up. This will be our 48th show and we seem to be getting along fine, I just hope it stays that way. Well, good luck with your show.
