The manufacture of the hitch is RBW and there installation instructions states to install hitch 2 inches ahead of axle or no less then 52 inches from back of cab.
I have a '99 F350 SRW crew cab. The hitch instructions show a diagram of hitch location for the F350 plain and simple.
The camper dealer ignored the hitch instructions and went by this letter from Ford and Husky.
