Seized Motor-Question for JT

Thanks for the quick reply JT. But my problem is that the motor is still in the backhoe loader.
Where would I place the wrench?
The flywheel is not exposed , and I can't seem to find an access point to apply a wrench to either the flywheel bolt or any other bolts to test if I can get the motor to turn. Please advise. Thanks
