The idiots don't have to put a reserve price, all they have to do is put in the starting bid at whatever their bottom dollar is and they don't get charged for a reserve auction.
I buy and sell on ebay and have not had any problems. Now pay pal is another story. I accept cash,personal checks and money orders and nothing leaves till any of the three are verified good.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
