That probably depends on the engine, but generally not. (I'm not aware of any that do.)Ford's had a mechanical tach and proof meter, which usually recorded an hour around 1600 rpm, so running them faster would record over an hour for every hour worked, and slower, would record less. Probably balances out in the end. The newer electronic models record clock time. Engine speed doesn't matter. HTH.
