We bought a 2004 Mercury Monterey on the 30th of June. We finally got it out of the shop one week ago today. Nine weeks with a handful of nothing after I wrote the check!

I involked the lemon law 'bout three weeks ago; then, they called last Monday and asked if I would reconsider as they now had the unit repaired.......

Heck says I, I don't give a fig, as long as I see something for my buck instead of an empty garage bay.
