Found the adapters in the "Aeroquip" Catalog. FYI, if anyone is interested, the fitting I needed was male British Straight Pipe (metric)on the control side, and JIC 37 degree male (SAE)on the hose side. Since I am using 1/2" hyd hose, depending on your dimensions being Metric 16 mm or 18 mm, your Aeroquip PN's are:

GG108-NP-08-16 or
GG108-NP-08-18

Don't know price yet as local dist is getting them for me. Doesn't matter.....when ya gotta hav em, ya gotta hav em. Besides, to do without them, I'd have to spend a couple hundred for a control box.
