One of the problems with getting legal advice in a tractor forum is that you have gotten some very bad advice. You need a lawyer, pronto. In my state you are in possession of stolen property, a felony. It matters not the circumstances. You cannot say "oh, gee whiz, I didn't know it was stolen!". If the owner reports it stolen and presses charges, you'll have real bad "juju"!
