Well we were in the direct sight of the storm and it caused major traffic jams of everyone trying to get out of town at one time. While the weather guessers were right and it turned at the last moment this was not good for Ala. and western Fla. They took a direct hit from a major storm. While I am glad that it did turn and I was fortunate to get out with only a tree branch or two down; My prayers go out to those that took the hit. Many many lost everything. To show those of you that have never been through a storm of this size. This is a picture of the I 10 bridge across the bay in Pensacola Fla. It takes some major wind and storm surge to do this to a modern bridge.
