Rumely 12-20 at auction tomorrow

I was planning to go to an auction tomorrow out of curiosity.
Don't see many auctions in the Vancouver, BC area. One of the
tractors at auction is a Rumely 12-20. I saw on a web page that
this one is quite rare. What would it be worth. I'll post what it
goes for if I'm still there when it sells. If you want a peek, the
link. It's the 19th item on the list.
