Allan,Was your Yukon leaking on the ground? I just replaced an intake gasket on 98 Silverado with a 350 vortec for a buddy a couple of weeks ago.It was leaking internally.I'll go along with an external leak on a water pump. But if the leak is worse than before and is still an external leak then i think that they are shooting you a line of bull.Sounds like the repair was goofed up the first time. Most intake manifold leaks "not all" are internal coolant leaks. The coolant goes into the oil or is blown out through the exhaust system. If its still external they did'nt fix it or they messed something else up.Later.
