Dealer integrity? We had a 1994 Chrysler product bought new. When it was "right", I loved it. Loved to drive it, etc. It seldom was right. Spent lots of time and money at the dealership. The "service adviser" had a "Five Star" award. One might think that means something good for the customer. WRONG! Every time we had service, he come up with concocted things to sell- new alternator, fuel injector service. I did not buy any of that and it was not needed. The award evidently was for selling lots of extra stuff for the dealership. I have a 1998 Ford truck and a 1998 Chev truck. The Ford has been more troublesome. Somewhere between 100K and 130K, the Chevy will typically require some rather expensive repairs.
