Accidents happen....BUT.. If a person takes on the responsability of driving a semi on thehighway, that person has to be held respnsable for their "actions", even if it was an accident. I was a witness in the 1988 "Carrolton Ky schoolbus crash" that killed 29 kids returning from Kings Island Amusement Park, in Ohio. A drunk driver, by the name of Larry Mahoney, was driving on the wrong side of I-71 when he slammed into the bus, which exploded into flames. In a matter of seconds, one persons actions affected THOUSANDS of lives, including mine. I still hear the screems of the kids who didn't die instantly. THROW THE BOOK AT THIS GUY! John
