I had a 2010 as my first tractor and it was just a total nightmare. It was a used diesel that I had to repair daily. You name a part, it broke. It was the type of machine that parts would break while it was parked in the barn at night. Even the John Deere dealer couldn"t fix this thing. I think the leak sounds like the hydraulic pump area. Mine leaked too and I had that pump out 10 times replacing O-rings where it mounted. I would look for a different tractor that has a better track record, which is about any other.
