#1 intake stuck open, or #1 exhaust not opening can give these symptoms. Air coming out an open #1 on compression stroke can keep from getting a full charge for #2 to compress. If #1 exhaust isn't opening the compressed charge blowing out the #1 intake opening normally can also cause a back flow in the intake manifold preventing #2 from getting a full charge. Or could be broken, piston, valve, push rod, connecting rod, head, or head gasket. But you have to take the rocker cover off to get to the head bolts. Check the rocker arms and valve settings before you get violent taking it apart... Gerald
