Mornin' All, The wife and I are buying a farm from this fellow who is doing most all of the necessary legal paperwork & legwork from his end. Of course, all of this necessarily takes a certain amount of time. I can't believe at the age of 60 that I actually want time to pass a little quicker! And another thing, why the heck are we buying a farm at our age anyway? That's just plain nuts! I'm sure I'm in need of therapy or some such thing! :>) Ya'll have a good day out there in tractor land! Allan
