Yup, I have no use for dealers like that. I've run into several. However... We have one dealer locally that refuses to look and see if other dealers have a part that he doesn't. Even though he's much closer to me, I won't use him anymore. Twenty miles away there's a Chevy dealer that I use. If he doesn't have the part, he PRINTS a list of dealers in the area that has it. Chevy, Pontiac, Cadillac, whatever. Is it worth the drive? You bet. Will I buy another car from him? You bet. It's amazing to me how dealers screw their customers who never go back to that dealer again. I guess there's enough new buyers to keep all of the dealers in business. For now. Wait until the economy really gets bad and then see which ones are still around. OK-AL
