Now coloken just include more fiber and bran in your diet,but censor ship is what you want them make it fair .NO MORE asking for prayers or picking on anybody send messages to someone no more childhood tales or talking about grumpy wifes no more bring up GOD , just questions about old iron is that how shallow your mind is coloken. Like i've said before you are an total control freak you are really the only person complaning well almost one other besides you so ease up if we do it your way this site will die a sudden death from bordom and you will be happy to know you killed it just so you could have your way.
