Start it up and get it warmed up and try to slip it into gear at idle with the clutch pedal depressed. Often the shock of going into gear will break it loose -- if not drive around while working the clutch pedal. It sound come free after a while. If you park it for any length of time after that, use some wood blocks to hold the clutch pedal depressed.
