YT tractor manual problems

I ordered a set of manuals from YT about 7 weeks ago, I have called their operators about 4 times in the last 2 weeks and always get the same answer.. someone will call you tommorrow..if not please call back. I said this is ridiculous, they said all they can do is send emails to some other company who sends out the manuals, they have no phone. I asked for a refund and they said nothing they could do about that either. I ordered from this site since they seem reputable, now I seem to be out over $200US. Anyone else have these problems? If not..please think twice before ordering off this site.
