Mark, if AB means Alberta then there might be an explanation relating to the HUGE backlog of mail at the Canada-US border for some reason(s). I think this includes regular postal service and all the private carriers too. I've heard about it on the news. I ordered a used rear signal light from the US for an old motorcycle and waited forever but it did arrive.
