I have used brake fluid to free up a tractor which had been sitting outside for years. I put an ounce or so in each cylinder 4 or 5 times over a 3 week period, put the transmission in high gear, and rocked the tires by hand. It broke loose so for the hell of it I put fresh gas in, hooked up a battery, and it started within 30 seconds. I used it the rest of that summer to work a large garden plot(2 acres). Worked for me, so it might be worth a shot!!
