Use either rubbing alchohol,vinegar,rust eater,or liquid wrench. Let it sit for a day or so, then get enough fittings to install a grease fitting in the spark plug hole and pump grease into the cylinder until you move the piston, a manual grease gun will provide 10,000 PSI and will work. This is a sure-fire method if you dont mind bolting the head back on if you already have it off. If you dont want to fool with all the grease,just pull the crank and use a wood block on top of the piston and drive it down. Either way be sure to remove the crank or you WILL bend the rods (weve done it).
