......That people could enjoy. It was fun, informative, and very friendly. Then one or two semi-literate trolls tried to prove they could push the "regulars" off of the site. They decided that their somewhat off-center viewpoints were the gospel. They thought that their "humor" was worthy of all of our attention. The re-occuring theme was "I have a GOD-given Right" to my freedom of speech. I can say whatever I choose, to whomever I choose. Accuracy suffered. Truth suffered. The informational value of the site fell of the map. It became a haven for trolls. A good many people had put forth a lot of effort to create and maintain the site. Their work was lost. Bottom line; A really good thing was gone for good, all because a couple &%@$ decided to show they could "take over" and run off those who made the site what it was. I won't name the website. It has re-opened after a few years. (It IS a NASCAR site) This site is slowly headed the same way. Just because one or two people want to force their beliefs on everyone else, the decline has started. It can be reversed. All it takes is a sense of decentcy to prevail. This is not an outhouse for outhouse peots to write on the wall with their latest words of wisdom. In case you haven't noticed, the OWNER of this site has taken exception to the comments and activities of the last few days. That alone SHOULD be enough to convince people to straighten up. Apparently not.... I fully expect this comment to draw fire....Probably from the same person(s) that I'm commenting on. Go right ahead. Shoot yourself in the foot. Just remember, you're a terrible aim, and you're shooting all the rest of us in the foot at the same time. When i started posting on here, it was hands down the greatest site on the internet. The site is still top notch...Just the handfull of trolls that are hellbent on ruining the place are starting to make it not worth the trouble... Those of you that this message DOESN'T apply to, you know who you are. And you know who I'm referring to. Those that this DOES apply to, you know who YOU are also. For all those who play by the rules, thanks. John

Listening to Your Tractor - by Curtis Von Fange. Years ago there was a TV show about a talking car. Unless you are from another planet, physically or otherwise, I don’t think our internal combustion buddies will talk and tell us their problems. But, on the other hand, there is a secret language that our mechanical companions readily do speak. It is an interesting form of communication that involves all the senses of the listener. In this series we are going to investigate and learn the basic rudimentary skills of understanding this lingo.
