Dunno. I just use regular fluorescent fixtures. Don't have a problem with them after 20 years. I don't know what you are spending in time and money for them. I assume they are some sort of tech trick for energy conservation. I do the techy thing for a living but sometimes, it works better to just do it like it's been done in the past. For me, this is one of those instances. Mark
