You'll have no arguement from me that the US was brutally attacked but to say that we are sitting on the sidelines is offensive to all Canadians and espically to the families of the 8 Canadian soldiers killed in Afganistan by American pilots. I fully understand that it was an unintenioned accident but we are there so don't belittle our contribution. While I agree that Canadian society has some Socialist principles there isn't a whole lot of Marxists or Red Commies runnin around. In my opinion there is no system of governance that is 100% correct or 100% wrong, in my mind the ideal system would be to take the best pieces of each type and put them together which I think we have done pretty well. Its not perfect but neither is any other system, even yours. To say that any way other than your own is totally wrong shows a very narrow mindset and need I point out that it is that mindset that made certain individuals carry out unprovoked attacks on your country on 9/11.
