Since you had a new tank installed, I would assume that it was a bladder tank. That seems to be the norm these days. I would not be surprised if this new tank now has a torn bladder, and the pressure has been lost from the bladder. The symptoms you describe are consistent with a torn bladder. Time for a new tank. Probably has a warranty anyway, right? Otherwise, if you do have an open tank, it needs to be recharged with air as described below. Good luck. Rod
